Mall Gift Cards
Consumer Card: The consumer card can be loaded with any denomination between $10.00 and $750.00. A $3.00 per card fee will be charged at the time of purchase, however, card funds will never expire. The gift card will have an expiration date, similar to any credit card, but card funds will be able to be replaced after the expiration date by calling TransCard Customer Service. A nominal fee will be charged for processing. There is no fee for shipping the card to the purchaser or gift card recipient if shipped within the continental United States.

Corporate Card: The corporate card can be loaded with any denomination between $10.00 and $750.00. There is no up-front fee at the time of purchase per card, however, all remaining card funds will expire after 12 months of activation. Remaining card funds will not be able to be replaced after the expiration date. A nominal fee will be charged for processing. There is no fee for shipping the card to the purchaser or gift card recipient if shipped within the continental United States.

Prior to 2013, CBL & Associates Properties, Inc. supported a center-wide gift card in partnership with American Express. While shoppers enjoyed this service, we also recognized that the gift card program evolved over time. The decision was made to end our relationship with American Express on 12/31/2012. Q: Is the Mall Gift Card still valid?
A: Absolutely, the funds are still active on all cards and are still accepted at any U.S. retailer that accepts American Express.Check your card balance
Q: My card was lost or stolen, or it is expired, can you assist?
A:Please call American Express immediately at 1.877.297.4438. You will need to provide the Gift Card number and other identification information. If records show that there are still available funds remaining on the Gift Card, American Express will cancel the original Gift Card and send you a replacement Gift Card with a dollar value equal to the available funds on your original Gift Card at the time you notified them that it was lost or stolen. Please note that refunds will not be issued for any amount that is debited from your lost, stolen or improperly used Gift Card prior to the time you notify them. Please note that American Express does reserve the right to decline the issuance of a replacement card if sufficient information is not provided at the time of the call or based on additional criteria.
Q: Is the Mall Gift Card still available?
A: Based on consumer feedback, the shopping center has chosen to promote the stores' product as a fee-free option for gifting.
Q: Where is the Mall Gift Card accepted?

Q: Is the Mall Gift Card accepted in Canada, Mexico or anywhere other than a U.S. location?
A: No, the Mall Card is only accepted in the U.S. (including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands).
