Ready Train Go is hosting the 4th annual Mental Health Awareness Expo at the Mid Rivers Mall to provide resources for the community to move through life's toughest situations. There will be many organizations represented throughout the mall to address grief, trauma, suicide, addiction, recovery, anxiety, and many other uncomfortable topics that create stigmas in today's society causing people to feel isolated and hopeless.
Our goal is to provide an atmosphere where conversations can begin and attendees will realize that they are not alone in their struggles. Attendees will be invited to participate in a mall-wide scavenger hunt for a chance to win one of more than 20 prize baskets, as well as listen to guest speakers throughout the day
