Ready Train Go is hosting American Red Cross Babysitter’s Training Blended Learning Courses in December!
- December 2nd and 4th from 5:00pm - 8:15pm on both days. - Register for class
The purpose of the Babysitter’s Training program is to provide youth (ages 11 to 15) with the knowledge and skills necessary to safely and responsibly give care for children and infants. This course helps participants to develop leadership skills, learn how to develop a babysitting business, keep themselves and others safe, and learn about basic child care and basic first aid.
Please note that the Blended format of this class requires students to complete an online portion of training that prepares them for the CPR and First Aid portion of the class. Further instructions for completing the online portion will be emailed after registration is complete.
The class fee includes participant book, CD rom full of resources and lunch. Parents are welcome to stay for the duration of this class, but it is not required. For safety sake, there will always be two adults from Ready Train Go present in the classroom, and students will not be allowed to leave the training center during breaks or lunch without their parents.
Cost of the class is $125.00.
